Join Team ECHC for The Wee Westie – a rewarding 22-mile trek along the first section of the famous West Highland Way, from Milngavie to Balmaha.
Whether you’re taking on your first long-distance walk or looking for your next adventure, this unforgettable challenge combines breathtaking scenery, a fantastic sense of achievement and the opportunity to make sure no child faces hospital alone.
Starting in Milngavie, you’ll follow the world-famous West Highland Way through rolling countryside, ancient woodlands and open moorland before reaching the stunning shores of Loch Lomond.
Your journey finishes at the welcoming Oak Tree Inn, Balmaha, where you can celebrate completing an incredible 22-mile challenge.
Transport back from Balmaha is available but must be booked in advance. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
