Learning doesn’t stop, even when facing a hospital stay.
For children facing long stays in hospital, missing school can be really difficult. Thanks to the Little France School at the RHCYP, young patients can continue their classes while having treatment.
Being in a welcoming and engaging environment can make all the difference to children’s learning. That’s why, thanks to your generous donations, the Little France School now has a colourful and creative new look!
After consulting with former students, artist Natasha Russell designed a mesmerising mural that covers the school lobby walls, depicting recognisable landscapes and wilderness elements from the hospital’s surroundings.
Entering the Little France School now feels like stepping into a vibrant world, full of things to learn and explore! With very special thanks to New Park Educational Trust for making this project possible.
