Recycling

Through our longstanding partnership with Nathans Wastesavers, we have a number of clothing and textile recycling banks across Edinburgh, Lothians and Borders. Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity receives donations from the recycling banks.

The banks accept the following items:

Yes please (in tied bags):
– All clothing
– All household textiles (sheets, blankets, towels, curtains)
– Handbags
– Belts
– Paired footwear

No thank you:
– Duvets & pillows
– Soiled or wet rags
– Carpets or rugs
– Bric-a-brac

Please note, when it is a larger location the bin can be found within the recycling point at said location.
