We have a growing and highly focused staff team who look after the fundraising, projects and administration of the charity.

The Team

A little about what we do

Roslyn Neely

Roslyn, our Chief Executive, leads the staff team to implement the Charity's organisational strategy and its associated actions. Roslyn reports to the Trustees and manages ECHC’s relationship with NHS Lothian. She is happy to give advice to applicants considering applying to the Charity for funds.

Rachel Baxter

Rachel is Director of Fundraising and Marketing. She provides inspirational leadership to the fundraising and marketing team, enabling them to meet income and awareness targets, and help transform the experiences of children and young people in the hospital and beyond.

Sue Diamond

Sue manages the Community Team and their work and is also responsible for individual giving, legacies and volunteers.

Laura Hardie

Laura is our Events Fundraiser and is responsible for organising our flagship events, such as Girly Get Together, Sports Quiz and All Wrapped up.

Amy Ford

Amy is our Corporate Fundraiser. She is responsible for building relationships and partnerships with our network of corporate contacts across Edinburgh and beyond, and supporting businesses in their volunteering and fundraising for the Charity.

Amy Russell

Amy is one of our Assistant Community Fundraisers and works on our Sports Challenges programme. She liaises with the event companies and supports our wonderful runners to raise as much as they can for ECHC on the lead up to their big day!

Oliver Snape

Ollie is one of our Assistant Community Fundraisers and supports our amazing fundraisers who plan their own event to raise vital funds for ECHC.

Tabby Blades

Tabby is our Assistant Partnerships and Marketing Fundraiser. Tabby works closely with the partnerships team, to support corporate, trusts and events and with the wider fundraising team to assist with marketing.

Fiona O'Sullivan

Fiona is our Arts Programme Manager. She works with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver an entertaining and diverse calendar of arts, activities and visits for the children and young people in hospital.  

Catriona McIntyre

Catriona is our Arts Activities Co-ordinator for the Arts Programme at ECHC. Her role along with Fiona our Arts programme manager involves supporting the weekly programme of regular artists who run workshops with children and families on the wards and organising extra, seasonal programmes throughout the year.

Anna Browne

Anna is our Finance Manager and works on the charity’s finance matters, with a particular focus on management accounts and the annual accounts.

Sarah Macrae

 Sarah is our Finance Coordinator. Her role supports the Finance Manager, Anna and covers all aspects of the Charity’s financial affairs.

Sarah Broadley

Sarah is our Finance Assistant. Her role supports the Finance Manager Anna with running the Charity's financial affairs. 

Andrew Innes

Andrew is our Operations Manager and looks after our database, IT, data protection, health and Safety and legal compliance. 

Matthew Ramsay

Matthew is our Fundraising Data Assistant he processes all the income we receive and enters it onto our database he also helps our team of fundraisers track their payments.

Hannah Biddulph

Hannah Biddulph is our Project Manager and leads a fantastic team who will deliver a national, mass participation public art event coming to you in 2019! Watch this space…

Jacqueline Lawson

Jacqueline is a Project Coordinator at ECHC working on our Education programme in our exciting new mass participation art event. This will be held around Edinburgh in the Summer of 2019. The vision is for every child  attending hospital in Scotland to benefit as a result of this unique project.

Daniel Rutherford

Daniel is our Hub Manager and is responsible for leading the Hub team and developing a program of social opportunities and supportive experiences which meet the needs of children, young people and their families accessing the Hub service.

Darcey Blair

Darcey is one of ECHC’s project workers based in the hub. This role involves supporting children and families throughout their hospital journey. Darcey also runs the ECHC youth club.
