The Team
A little about what we do

Roslyn Neely
Roslyn, our Chief Executive, leads the staff team to implement the Charity's organisational strategy and its associated actions. Roslyn reports to the Trustees and manages ECHC’s relationship with NHS Lothian. She is happy to give advice to applicants considering applying to the Charity for funds.
Rachel Baxter
Rachel is Director of Fundraising and Marketing. She provides inspirational leadership to the fundraising and marketing team, enabling them to meet income and awareness targets, and help transform the experiences of children and young people in the hospital and beyond.
Laura Hardie
Laura is our Events Fundraiser and is responsible for organising our flagship events, such as Girly Get Together, Sports Quiz and All Wrapped up.
Amy Ford
Amy is our Corporate Fundraiser. She is responsible for building relationships and partnerships with our network of corporate contacts across Edinburgh and beyond, and supporting businesses in their volunteering and fundraising for the Charity.

Fiona O'Sullivan
Fiona is our Arts Programme Manager. She works with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver an entertaining and diverse calendar of arts, activities and visits for the children and young people in hospital.
Catriona McIntyre
Catriona is our Arts Activities Co-ordinator for the Arts Programme at ECHC. Her role along with Fiona our Arts programme manager involves supporting the weekly programme of regular artists who run workshops with children and families on the wards and organising extra, seasonal programmes throughout the year.
Amy Russell
Amy is one of our Community Fundraisers and works on all of our Sports Challenges. Amy liaises with event companies and supports all of our wonderful fundraisers in the lead up to their big event.
Sarah Macrae
Sarah is our Finance Coordinator. Her role supports the Finance Manager with running the Charity's financial affairs.

Darcey Blair
Darcey is one of ECHC’s project workers based in the Hub. This role involves supporting children and families throughout their hospital journey. Darcey also runs the ECHC youth club.
