We have a growing and highly focused staff team who look after the fundraising, projects and administration of the charity.
A little about what we do
Roslyn, our Chief Executive, leads the staff team to implement the Charity's organisational strategy and its associated actions. Roslyn reports to the Trustees and manages ECHC’s relationship with NHS Lothian. She is happy to give advice to applicants considering applying to the Charity for funds.
Rachel is Director of Fundraising and Marketing. She provides inspirational leadership to the fundraising and marketing team, enabling them to meet income and awareness targets, and help transform the experiences of children and young people in the hospital and beyond.
Fiona is our Deputy Director of Children's Wellbeing. She works with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver an entertaining and diverse calendar of arts, activities and visits for the children and young people in hospital.

Amy is our Corporate Fundraiser. She is responsible for building relationships and partnerships with our network of corporate contacts across Edinburgh and beyond, and supporting businesses in their volunteering and fundraising for the Charity.
Amy is one of our Fundraisers and works on all of our Sports Challenges. Amy liaises with event companies and supports all of our wonderful fundraisers in the lead up to their big event. Please drop her an email if you would like to take on one of our ECHC challenges!
Fiona is one of our Fundraisers and looks after all of our Community Events, please drop her an email if you would like to hold a fundraising event or volunteer at one of our bag packs or fun days!
Catriona is our Arts Development Officer for the Arts Programme at ECHC. Her role along with Fiona our Deputy Director of Children's Wellbeing, involves supporting the weekly programme of regular artists who run workshops with children and families on the wards and organising extra, seasonal programmes throughout the year.
Sarah is our Finance and Projects Analyst. Her role supports the Finance Director with running the Charity's financial affairs.
